Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst, Go-To-Market (English, Hebrew)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role.
  • Experience in analytics, including spreadsheet analysis, presentations, and data management.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Hebrew to engage with global internal teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy, organizational design principles, and the key elements for successful, large-scale operational change.
  • Ability to conduct complex data modeling, translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks, and leverage advanced data visualization tools to deliver decisive business insights.
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance, effectively manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, and take the initiative to lead and drive outcomes across cross-functional partners.
  • Strong attention to details, with the ability to search in-depth into complex topics and become subject matter expert.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Perform strategic, analytical, and day-to-day operational activities for EMEA emerging markets Large Customers Solutions (LCS).
  • Leverage and experiment with AI tools to perform data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities. Build and maintain tools and dashboards to help with reporting and analytical needs of the team and key stakeholders.
  • Engage in ad-hoc analyses to understand business performance, user metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and provide concise summaries and recommendations to management. Support planning and forecasting of key business metrics.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality, compelling narratives and presentations that communicate strategic findings, project progress, and recommendations, using influence to drive adoption across market and regional leadership.
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for process improvement. Implement AI solutions to streamline operational activities for the team.
