Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- 3 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL).
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience at a management consulting firm, corporate strategy group, investment bank, or similar project management experience in a technology or media company.
- Experience using SQL and working with large data sets to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ability to multi-task and lead complex, ambiguous strategic and operational initiatives.
- Ability to influence cross-functional groups and executive leadership.
- Excellent executive level communication skills.

The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC.US: $124000 - $178000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Design, pilot, and operationalize scaled product activation strategies to drive YouTube’s biggest product priorities.
- Identify and execute on opportunity areas for improving YouTube’s central scaled incentives system.
- Own the end-to-end problem-solving lifecycle, from generating hypotheses and analyzing data to distilling insights and communicating recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in product activation, segmentation, technology, and insights to drive impact. Develop and deliver business recommendations to a wide range of audiences through effective communication and compelling data.
- Navigate YouTube's data warehouse to access and work with relevant data using SQL and other query languages.
