Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience in a sales management consulting, sales operations, sales leadership, or related role.
  • 13 years of experience working with executive stakeholders and developing sales strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience managing and influencing external partner teams (extended workforce) in advertising, sales or customer experience workflows.
  • Experience designing and developing strategies that intersect across business, technology and customer experience.
  • Experience with digital media strategies or advertising and marketing solutions.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

The SMB Growth team plays a critical role in the GCS Sales organization, driving a substantial part of GCS business growth. This organization is built on the principles of having a single organization to acquire, set up, and grow customers over time, organized by operating region to allow for closer collaboration with vendor partners.

In this role, you will serve as the critical owner ensuring vendor operations meet required performance goals. You will lead a team aligned to vendor operating sites, overseeing the success of our vendor partners in key locations in Poland.

You will be accountable for driving business, performance, customer experience, and AI and GTM innovation for the SMB Growth segment. You will lead a team of Individual Contributors to manage short-term business performance while ensuring long-term business sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 100% on key business operation metrics and develop operating rhythm and design performance governance processes for Vendor Performance Manager (VPM) and vendor teams to synthesize common performance issues and drive consistent solutions across vendor partners.
  • Build and deliver performance review narratives for executive audiences. Develop team members to ensure clarity of performance and business trends, root cause performance drivers and mitigations using qualitative and quantitative approaches.
  • Manage on-ground operations and influence vendor leadership to evolve workforce capabilities. Leverage change management frameworks to enable vendor partners success and mitigate performance volatility.
  • Act as a thought leading partner to cross-functional teams to influence program, product and technology strategies.
  • Manage quality of sales operations within operating region Quality Assurance (QA), Customer Experience (CX), Public Relations (PR) escalations, mitigate risks and scale learnings.
