Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in industry strategy, executive communications, enterprise sales enablement, or vertical marketing roles.
- Experience in advertising sales, media, marketing, or consulting, with expertise in developing customer-facing sales narratives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Expansive thinking to distill big-picture, macro perspective and synthesize micro-level details to drive excellence in insights generation and dissemination.
- Strong cross-functional partner, with ability to lead groups toward a shared goal, and agility in working style to adapt to the needs of executive partners.
- Dynamic and compelling communicator and presenter with the ability to tests executive audiences with data-driven insights.

As a member of the Strategic Insights team, you will be the catalyst behind Google's thought leadership. You will partner closely with Google Large Customer Sales (LCS) to create and deliver forward-looking business storytelling, fostering strategic dialogue, inspiring, and strengthening executive partnerships.Strategic Insights Leads partner closely with Sales Leadership to align our thought leadership and insights strategy with key business objectives, ensuring it delivers maximum value and strengthens long-term customer relationships. You will drive through leadership, insights formats, and activation strategy (directly with customers and via events). Success requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and passion for creating insights that elevate Google's thought leadership and drive growth for customers now, next and long.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. US: $124000 - $180000 (USD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of strategic insights and multi-modal narratives to resonate with C-suite audiences, converting custom research into customer-facing sales positioning.
- Drive agile delivery of insights for easy sales application, leveraging consumer insight to support business partners in identifying emerging business opportunities.
- Execute scale across vertical, contributing to insight and narrative development that drives growth across teams.
- Build and sustain partnership with global colleagues in similar insights roles around the world, to support consistency and sharing for global customers.
- Respond to the rapid pace of AI evolution, innovating to meet evolving priorities and optimize to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and impact.
