Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and operational workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in content governance, including managing digital catalogs or technical demo repositories.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with the Google Cloud ecosystem, including cloud space programs and executive briefing models.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment without direct authority.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience facilitating training or presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.

As part of the Google Cloud GTM team, Strategic Customer Engagement (SCE) organization leads critical customer-facing executive programs, including our global Cloud Space Program (Executive Briefings in 9 locations); our Customer Advisory Boards; Executive Sponsorship and Insights program. In this role, you will be connecting Google Cloud's Executive Network (Executive Sponsors and thought leaders) with our most critical customers. You will be responsible for planning scaled event activation, development and recognition offerings, and content programs that set our network up for success. This role requires strategic thinking, along with organized, detail-oriented execution. The job involves managing the day to day operations, planning and delivery for these critical programs. You will work with a variety of teams, including executive leadership, marketing, and technical experts, to ensure these programs are effective and produce measurable business results.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $136000 - $196000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with GTM teams to understand customer priorities and match key customers with the right executive sponsors.
  • Own the SCE content catalog and maintain program collateral, ensuring alignment, accuracy, and timely updates for sales plays, demos, and product launches.
  • Manage network recognition and enablement programs (e.g., Speaker Certification) to empower subject matter experts to engage executive audiences effectively.
  • Partner with the team to manage back-end data hygiene and tooling, utilizing data and feedback to analyze program impact and drive ongoing quality improvements.
  • Drive scaled 1:1 event activations at Tier 1 events, providing content training to optimize narratives for customer impact.
