Agency Lead, LCS (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting or media.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with agency partners in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a business related field.
  • 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • 2 years of project management experience, working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of Google products such as: DV360, Google Analytics.

In this role, you will focus on influencing budget allocation, increasing digital capabilities, advancing digital maturity and strengthening long-term commercial growth partnerships within our agencies, driving scalable business growth and product adoption across the broader portfolio of agency-managed accounts. You will drive alignment on the allocation of the resources for these agencies, to fuel your growth enablement initiatives, collaborating with product specialists and gtech to deliver mutual business growth to our agencies, their customers, and to Google.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate a high-performing team to achieve ambitious business and product growth goals for Google and our mutual clients.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to B-suite agency stakeholders, nurturing existing relationships while actively engaging new partners.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive 2026 plans for the portfolio’s top agencies, accelerating scalable product adoption across a client base.
  • Advance the digital maturity of our agency partners, empowering them to elevate their advertisers' capabilities and campaign performance.
  • Advocate a supportive, growth-oriented partner environment where agencies can scale their operations and maximize client success.
