Minimum qualifications:
- Bằng đại học Kỹ thuật công nghiệp, Kỹ thuật cơ khí, Kỹ thuật sản phẩm, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc tương đương.
- 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kỹ sư quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm, Nhóm Điện thoại Pixel hoặc vị trí tương đương.
- 2 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển chất lượng sản phẩm hoặc kỹ thuật sản xuất cho điện thoại di động, điện tử tiêu dùng.
- Kinh nghiệm về hệ thống kiểm soát chất lượng, Six Sigma, JMP, nghiên cứu dung sai và kiểm tra ngoại quan sản phẩm.
Preferred qualifications:
- Kinh nghiệm kiểm soát chất lượng giai đoạn đầu sản xuất, xử lý sự cố và cải tiến sản phẩm với đối tác gia công.
- Kinh nghiệm về các phương pháp thiết kế hướng đến chất lượng, sản xuất, kiểm thử và độ tin cậy của sản phẩm.
- Kinh nghiệm đo lường, phân tích năng lực quá trình, kiểm tra mẫu, đánh giá độ tái lập của hệ thống đo lường.
- Kinh nghiệm về công nghệ gắn linh kiện bề mặt, lắp ráp bảng mạch in, triển khai đồ gá phục vụ sản xuất

Responsibilities
- Xây dựng tiêu chuẩn ngoại quan sản phẩm điện thoại và quy trình kiểm tra chất lượng tại công đoạn lắp ráp cuối cùng.
- Quản lý chất lượng về chức năng, kích thước và ngoại quan của vật liệu; xây dựng hệ thống quản lý chất lượng và kế hoạch đầu tư thiết bị kiểm soát chất lượng.
- Xử lý các vấn đề chất lượng từ nhà cung cấp, thực hiện phân tích lỗi, triển khai biện pháp khắc phục trong quá trình phát triển và sản xuất hàng loạt.
- Đồng bộ hoạt động kiểm tra chất lượng đầu vào với kế hoạch kiểm tra chất lượng của nhà cung cấp.
- Tham gia rà soát thiết kế cùng các đối tác và kỹ sư phát triển nhà cung cấp.
