About the job

The GP Sellside Monetization team aims to sustain global information access by empowering digital platforms, properties, and content creators. Our mission is to cultivate a healthy, open digital ecosystem, creating trusted products and partnerships through our extensive reach, distinct insights, and dedicated people.

Within this broader organization, the Latam team specifically focuses on expanding Google's business partnerships with publishers across Latin America. This encompasses a different range of clients, from small independent creators to large-scale enterprises, spanning web, app, and video platforms. We provide them with tailored monetization solutions, prominently featuring AdSense, AdMob, and Ad Manager, alongside a suite of other Google products designed to optimize their digital revenue streams.

As a leader in this dynamic environment, your primary role will be to direct a high-performing sales team. This team possesses deep expertise in forging and managing partnerships across traditional publishing, media and entertainment, and commerce sectors, covering web, app, and video landscapes. Your core objective is to consistently achieve revenue and product adoption targets within your team's assigned portfolio. This includes strategically onboarding new business accounts to drive growth.

Furthermore, you will hold accountability for a broader, Brazil-wide revenue target, which involves coordinating and strategizing across partner segments managed by other teams within the region. You are expected to be a highly visible and active leader. This means participating directly in critical partner discussions and complex negotiations. Additionally, you will regularly join your team members in their partner meetings to provide coaching and guidance in consultative selling techniques, fostering their professional development and ensuring the highest standards of client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and coach a high-performing team of 7+ FTEs, fulfilling key manager responsibilities.
  • Achieve business goals for your portfolio while identifying and onboarding new business partners.
  • Deliver on P0/P1 product commitments, including platform agreements, data activation, and ecosystem health.
  • Build C-level partner relationships as a trusted advisor, serving as the main cross-functional stakeholder for Brazil leadership.
  • Drive Brazil-wide strategy and business accountability across different segments, while contributing to the Latam Sellside leadership team.
