Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, product marketing, management consulting, or equivalent roles focused on driving adoption of technology products or services.
  • Experience with financial modeling and utilizing spreadsheet software, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience collecting and interpreting data and presenting information to deliver and influence decision-making.
  • Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
  • Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

As a GTM Strategy and Transformation Lead Cloud Go-To-Market, you will be responsible for defining, landing and executing on key strategic priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity. You will be responsible for helping with planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion plans and managing the rhythm-of-the-business activities. You will provide business insights, ensure cross-functional alignment, drive strategic partnerships, and execute new initiatives as the organization's goal is to align company priorities with day-to-day operations and evolve early-stage ideas into future growth initiatives.It's an exciting time to join Google Cloud’s Go-To-Market team, leading the AI revolution for businesses worldwide. US: $133000 - $193000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of account team roles and responsibilities, field activation and change management and growth opportunities, designed to increase productivity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to your organization and their leadership team, communicating, structuring, and problem-solving complex and ambiguous business challenges and supporting organization priorities.
  • Design and execute change management strategies for the field.
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Learning and Enablement to define hiring criteria, performance management milestones and role proficiencies by role.
  • Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver effective operations and achieve key milestones.
