Global Product Solutions Senior Associate, Third-Party Creative Technology Ecosystem

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a professional services role (e.g., Marketing Analytics, Marketing Consulting or Product Management) in digital/mobile advertising.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience in project management across stakeholder networks, including integrations with third parties (e.g., API integrations and solution design).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience influencing Product leadership through development of strategic programming and event execution that focuses on showcasing strategic priorities and key customer pain points.
  • Experience in the creative development process, creative ecosystems and working with agencies/partners.
  • Experience with Google and YouTube advertising solutions, creative ads products, and generative AI.
  • Ability to operate and drive clarity in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, and navigate large, complicated matrix organizations.
  • Excellent investigative skills, including providing data driven, actionable insights to shape strategy and key decisions.

The YouTube Ads GTM team serves as the vital link between YouTube and Google Ads products and business. Our mission is to fuel innovation that keeps YouTube and Google free and accessible worldwide by translating global market needs into impactful product solutions that drive real business results for our partners. Within this team, you will help define and adopt the right product strategies while leveraging your expertise to enable front-line Sales teams to work quickly and effectively.

Specifically, the Third-Party Creative Enablement team plays an essential role in empowering advertisers and partners with the creative solutions and resources required for success across our Ads platforms. Operating at the nexus of Google and YouTube’s ad creative product and sales strategy, this team brings deep expertise across the creative development life-cycle, Generative AI, the broader sales organization, and the internal and external creative ecosystems.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $124000 - $179000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Bridge GTM, Sales, and Product teams to align priorities, shape roadmaps—including API integrations—and commercialize creative solutions globally.
  • Lead strategy and commercialization for creative API solutions, driving asset variety, ad quality, and market-ready third-party partner adoption.
  • Build and scale a global creative program partnering with top third-party creative technical players to advance advertiser workflows.
  • Own end-to-end collateral, documentation, and training to equip sales channels and achieve portfolio milestones.
  • Navigate engaging stakeholder perspectives across Global Regions, Marketing, Product Management, UX, and Engineering to accelerate creative strategy execution.
