Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, or product/project management.
  • Experience in sales enablement, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product marketing, or digital advertising.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of digital advertising sales workflows, commercial strategy, and go-to-market channels.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous environments, prioritize competing initiatives, and solve complex problems.
  • Strong narrative development and executive presentation skills for senior leadership updates.

As a Global Product Solutions Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving our global commercial strategy for next-generation Search solutions. You will collaborate closely with regional sales and cross-functional teams to empower sales reps, capture client and partner feedback, and refine our overall go-to-market approach.

In this role, you will help shape product narratives, execute global commercialization plans, and ensure our sales teams are equipped to succeed.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $100000 - $141000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and operational strategy for global search initiatives, including specialized sales leadership networks and advocacy programs. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), major milestones, and feedback systems to maximize business impact.
  • Gather, synthesize, and prioritize feedback from global enterprise and mid-market sales teams regarding search opportunities and seller needs.
  • Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials.
  • Partner with sales teams to support executive-level summits and industry discussions, delivering insights on search trends, market innovations, and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Drive seller training programs in close collaboration with Market Intelligence teams to ensure sales reps can effectively articulate our value proposition.
