Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in sales, digital advertising, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with video advertising or other digital advertising in online branding or marketing.
- Experience partnering with clients on advertising products or marketing technology/ad technology (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, or demonstrating products).
- Experience in facilitation and influencing at executive leadership level by building strong relationships.
- Demonstrated analytical sales approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively on projects in a cross-functional team setting, both internally and externally.

As a Video Account Executive, you will support and grow our Automotive video business, and manage relationships with Canada's largest advertisers. You will serve as their advocate while collaborating with other sales teams to provide them with a comprehensive portfolio of marketing solutions. You will also work cross-functionally to help develop scalable, cross-platform advertising solutions around YouTube and video. You'll act as a consultant, guiding clients on how to best leverage Google's video solutions to achieve their marketing goals, from increasing brand awareness to building deeper connections with their target audience. This includes crafting compelling narratives around Google's value proposition and demonstrating ROI for our clients.
Canada: $172000 - $177000 (CAD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Drive growth by collaborating cross-functionally with key client partners to execute joint business plans, up-front planning, and incentive programs that accelerate business and profitable growth.
- Translate exclusive industry data and market trends into actionable strategies, proactively solving complex business challenges to give clients a engaged edge.
- Build high-level relationships as a trusted advisor, navigating complex agency and client dynamics to optimize video and brand performance across major automotive OEMs.
- Craft and execute end-to-end media strategies, aligning channel planning, creative tactics, and measurement frameworks directly with client outcomes.
- Manage a sales pipeline, delivering accurate performance forecasts while continuously identifying new, transformative growth opportunities.
