About the job

Our marketing campaign projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. As part of the Global Marketing team, you plan requirements with internal customers and/or external agencies and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

As a Creative Producer on the Google Search Marketing team, you will serve as the operational focus of Google's brand presence. Positioned within the core marketing organization, you will bring products to life through the production of culturally relevant brand stories and integrated experiences.

In this role, you will help balance creative plans with production reality. You will act as the primary liaison between internal Product Marketing Managers, creative leads, and a variety of external agencies, animation houses, and fabrication studios.

Whether managing broadcast spots, documentary films, social-first content, or physical builds for Google I/O, you will bring calm organization to dynamic environments. You will combine operational excellence with creative agility, ensuring every deliverable is executed within budget and meets Google's quality standards.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
