DV360 Sales Manager, Northern Europe LCS

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of industry experience in digital sales, client management, customer service, business development, customer outreach, marketing, consulting, digital advertising, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience conducting complex data analysis to synthesize results, draw conclusions, and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of advertising solutions and the media landscape, with the ability to translate media briefs into successful programmatic campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of Google's DV360 platform and media solutions.
  • Understanding of publishers and the programmatic tech and media ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated prioritization skills, sales acumen, and pipeline management experience.

Our Northern Europe Display and Video 360 (DV360) team partners closely with the region's largest advertising clients and agencies to deliver programmatic solutions that build strong businesses. We are uniquely situated to help shape how advertisers grow in the AI era by maximizing media efficiency and driving full-funnel outcomes. We advise clients on Google’s market-leading Demand Side Platform (DSP), enabling a holistic consolidation of their campaigns across Google's owned and operated inventory, and a broad set of digital publishers, to connect seamlessly with audiences.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €132000 - €135000 (EUR) + 75% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against assigned revenue goals and overall sales metrics by leading your team to achieve our customers' brand and performance objectives through programmatic solutions.
  • Manage, inspire, and motivate a team of client-facing DV360 Programmatic Account Managers, fostering an environment of proud DV360 sellers.
  • Coach on engaged sales, implementation, and measurement to ensure that quarterly goals are met, combining business acumen with a deep knowledge of Display and Video advertising.
  • Act as a role model for your team by engaging in frontline sales activity and pitching high-value DV360 media campaign opportunities to customers and agencies.
  • Identify process improvement areas and foster cross-specialist collaboration between DV360 teams and other groups (such as GMP Platforms, gTech, Media Effectiveness, and Agencies) to jointly develop our platform customers.
