About the job

In your Strategy and Operations capacity, you will be part of the team that drives Ads and Commerce Marketing Strategy development, elevates business performance and drives results, enables operational excellence, and acts as a key thought partner to the Ads and Commerce Marketing executive team.

This role specifically will manage key business operations initiatives to streamline, standardize, and optimize our processes and protocols for Ads Marketing PMMs and leadership.

You will lead annual planning for a multi-billion dollar business, including capital allocation analysis, strategy development, and driving C-suite ready plans and narratives.

You will be at the forefront of Marketing’s AI transformation and develop plans to drive business impact with the latest Google technology and innovations. You will work across operations and program/project management to ensure our work is executed with precision, efficiency, and in alignment with Google's high standards.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Work across several Google Marketing cross-functional partners and regional marketing teams to support business strategy and execution, with a focus on global initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze data to support business recommendations on investment areas, capital allocation, and resourcing.
  • Standardize performance tracking and reporting across workstreams, supporting process owners and applying structured approach to tactical operational execution.
  • Support key workstreams and assist in executing key deliverables for our annual planning process, including materials for executive reviews.
  • Partner with teams to pilot, operationalize, and support AI-driven tools and workflows across marketing.
