About the job

The Global Partner Network team develops and executes the ecosystem strategy, partner programs, and programmatic go-to-market support for Google Cloud and its partners. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to an agentic ecosystem, leveraging our advanced tools, incentives, and frameworks to connect our field sales teams with a thriving network of services and software partners. Through these technical and business partnerships, we seek to drive programmatic transformation, absolute accountability, and customer multipliers that exceed customer expectations.

As a Partner Manager within the Google Cloud Partnership and Ecosystem organization, you will be responsible for orchestrating, scaling, and managing a strategic ecosystem of specialized AI transformation partners. Your primary mission is to operationalize this boutique partner portfolio, ensuring their specialized FDE resources are deployed effectively to Google Cloud’s most strategic customers. These environments are characterized by complex technical and business architectures, massive scale, and significant value at stake, and require a careful orchestration of one or more partners to meet their needs and maximize ROI from their AI investments.

Bridging deep technical fluency with sharp commercial and strategic acumen, you will forge win-win-win relationships across customer, partner, and Google Cloud. Success means shifting the ecosystem mindset from mere technical validation to building integrated, production-grade AI deployments that solve the "last mile" of integration and drive sustained value for the customer and Google.

Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
