Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
  • Experience with core business operations (e.g., sales-play planning, running business performance reviews, or targeting governance).
  • Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, BI platforms, etc.).
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders to present data analysis, propensity models, or business performance metrics.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience in management consulting, finance, or business strategy function.
  • Experience collaborating with data scientists, BI engineers, or GTM systems developers.
  • Experience working with sales targeting models, propensity-based prioritization, and scaling GTM performance metrics (e.g., tracking win-rate lifts, campaign conversion, or new logo acquisition).
  • Track record of high productivity and execution under tight deadlines, with a willingness to challenge assumptions, take direct ownership, and drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with sales leaders, product practice managers, and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., BI, sales operations, tooling and systems teams).

The GTM Motions team in PACE is tasked with equipping both global practice GTM and the field with actionable insights on consumption, advocating a data-driven mindset, in order to prioritize efforts, ensure strong execution, and deliver always-on measurement of impact.

As a Customer Intelligence Manager within the Performance Analytics and Cloud Excellence team, you will occupy a critical, high-impact intersection between big-picture business strategy and advanced data systems. This is a net-new role designed for an entrepreneurial professional who grows in high-growth, highly ambiguous environments. You will partner closely with the Data Science team (composed of statisticians and PhDs) and infrastructure leads to translate complex data structures and machine learning models into actionable commercial frameworks. Your insights will directly steer the business trajectory and go-to-market strategies for our enterprise and select cloud accounts.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $186000 - $270000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technical and commercial stakeholders to act as the primary translator between data science, business intelligence, systems engineering, and business teams.
  • Own and execute end-to-end ambiguous projects, including building frameworks to evaluate market share against total addressable market (TAM) or operationalizing machine learning models into business processes.
  • Simplify and optimize Go-to-Market (GTM) models by streamlining frameworks to reduce complexity, improve execution speed, and drive efficiency across sales teams.
  • Elevate the AI Threat Defense initiative from tactical and operational execution to industry-leading thought leadership, establishing strategic benchmarks and positioning the team as an internal and external authority.
