Minimum qualifications:
- Tốt nghiệp ngành kỹ thuật, công nghệ, khoa học hoặc ngành khác, thời gian đào tạo ít nhất 1 năm.
- Kinh nghiệm làm quản lý chương trình kỹ thuật trong ngành sản xuất.
- Kinh nghiệm quản lý các đội ngũ kỹ thuật liên chức năng.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong vị trí Kỹ thuật viên – Hỗ trợ duy trì chương trình kỹ thuật (về sản xuất thiết bị điện tử) hoặc tương đương.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc, xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật cho nhà sản xuất đối tác quốc tế.
- Kinh nghiệm xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật cùng đội ngũ liên chức năng để đạt mục tiêu sản phẩm mới.
- Khả năng thúc đẩy các giải pháp giữa nhiều đội ngũ liên chức năng khác nhau.
- Khả năng giao tiếp kỹ thuật bằng tiếng Anh, tiếng Trung.

Responsibilities
- Hỗ trợ bảo trì kỹ thuật máy móc sản xuất điện tử, bảo đảm vận hành chuẩn và giảm thiểu rủi ro.
- Nhận diện rủi ro phát sinh, thực hiện phương án xử lý theo chỉ đạo từ cấp trên hoặc khách hàng.
- Hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố vận hành về bố trí xưởng, thiết bị cố định và kiểm định dây chuyền sản xuất.
- Khắc phục lỗi kỹ thuật nhằm duy trì sản lượng, chất lượng tại nhà máy sản xuất hợp đồng và hiệu suất sản xuất lớn.
- Hỗ trợ nhà máy sản xuất hợp đônhf kiểm soát quy trình để đạt KPI; báo cáo cấp trên về các sự cố kỹ thuật thực tế.
