Strategic Partner Lead, Third Party Ecosystem

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, business transformation, consultative sales, or data engineering, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with management consultancies, global systems integrators (GSIs), or enterprise technology clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing the intersection of professional services and technology platforms, specifically how consultancies generate business cloud and data architecture.
  • Technical understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Marketing Platform (GMP) as foundational layers for data-driven business models.
  • Ability to manage the technical and commercial lifecycle of "First-of-Kind" multi-market enterprise technology builds.
  • Ability to standardize technical proficiency and certification across highly decentralized, global organizations.

As part of the Agency, Partners Platforms, and Client Solutions (APCS) team, the Global 3P Ecosystem (Global 3PE) group is the technical and commercial engine for Google’s global third-party partnerships. While traditional sales teams manage the media investment of an advertiser, the 3PE team manages the structural integration of Google’s technology into the business models of our partners.

The Global Strategic Partners 3PE team manages the commercial and technical relationships with global management consultancies and digital/data integrators. The team’s objective is to standardize the technical architecture of our partners' services by embedding Google’s data infrastructure, cloud capabilities, and AI roadmaps into their global consulting models to solve for advertiser media readiness at scale.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $138000 - $200000 (USD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Direct executive alignment and transformation planning to position Google’s technology stack as the foundational infrastructure within partner management consulting models.
  • Design and execute Global Joint Business Plans (JBPs) focusing on systemic technical shifts including global data maturity, privacy architecture, and AI-readiness.
  • Design and deploy complex media architectures that integrate 1P data, Google Cloud, and privacy-safe technology to establish GMP as the primary execution engine for global partners.
  • Direct the integration of partner proprietary technology solutions with Google APIs and architect co-pitching strategies to assist partners in winning multi-market enterprise builds.
  • Standardize global certification and enablement pathways to ensure technical proficiency. Act as the central engine of coordination between Global and Regional teams, translating strategic mandates into action plans and consistent execution across the partner’s market footprint.
