Minimum qualifications:
- Bằng cử nhân Kỹ thuật Thông tin Điện tử, Kỹ thuật Điện, Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp, Sản xuất, Kỹ thuật Cơ khí hoặc tương đương.
- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kỹ sư quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm về sản xuất thiết bị điện tử hoặc kinh nghiệm tương đương
- Khả năng nói và viết tiếng Anh lưu loát.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển chất lượng sản phẩm thiết bị di động hoặc điện tử tiêu dùng.
- Kinh nghiệm kiểm soát chất lượng giai đoạn đầu sản xuất, xử lý sự cố, cải tiến sản phẩm với đối tác.
- Kinh nghiệm dẫn dắt nhóm đa chức năng giải quyết vấn đề bằng phương pháp như DOE, SPC và Six Sigma.
- Kinh nghiệm về hệ thống nhúng, bảng mạch số, kiểm thử phân hệ không dây.
- Khả năng phân tích chất lượng, nâng cao tỷ lệ đạt chuẩn, tối ưu chi phí.

Responsibilities
- Xác định và triển khai kế hoạch chất lượng sản phẩm xuyên suốt chu kỳ phát triển và duy trì sản phẩm.
- Xây dựng chiến lược chất lượng sản xuất theo hợp đồng; phát triển nguồn lực, quy trình, năng lực và hiệu suất chất lượng nhà máy.
- Quản lý sự cố chất lượng, phân tích lỗi, đánh giá rủi ro và triển khai biện pháp kiểm soát, khắc phục, phòng ngừa.
- Thiết lập chỉ số chất lượng, thúc đẩy thiết kế thí nghiệm và thu thập dữ liệu thống kê để đánh giá, thẩm định và xác minh chất lượng sản xuất.
- Dẫn dắt quản lý ngoại quan sản phẩm và chất lượng vật liệu trong giai đoạn kiểm tra, lắp ráp cuối cùng và đóng gói.
