About the job

The Global Product Solutions team is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn product innovation into complete, packaged use cases and solutions that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our suite of products. As part of this team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working on Data Strength, you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work quickly and effectively. Above all, you are passionate about all things measurement, and want to help shape the ever-changing world of online advertising.

We are seeking a Global Product Solutions Lead to drive the strategy and adoption of our measurement and data foundation solutions. This leader will be a general measurement expert, adept at understanding customer challenges and translating them into product needs, while also explaining technical product capabilities in a clear, solution-oriented way to customers and sales teams. While this role requires a broad understanding of the measurement landscape, a key focus will be the ability to go deep and quickly become a technical expert where needed, particularly on offline data signals and Data Manager. Collaborating closely with Sales, Go-to-Market (GTM), Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, gTech, Finance, and Legal, you will launch and scale initiatives that enable advertisers to build robust and durable data foundations. Success in this fast-paced and ambiguous area requires strong knowledge of the digital measurement ecosystem, experience working directly with sales teams or clients, and a proven ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functionally.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
