Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience delivering multiple projects in an operations environment.
- Experience with IP backbone (routing protocols, IP addressing, management & control planes, etc) or optical network (DWDM, OTN, coherent transceiver, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Technical judgement and understanding of large-scale distributed systems.
- Demonstrated thought-leadership, relationship building and management skills, with internal stakeholders and external partners.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Ireland: €118000 - €120000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Provide cross-functional leadership focused on long-term objectives across multiple product areas.
- Manage complex programs, implement process improvements for the broader organization, and apply business and technical judgment to achieve long-term goals.
- Solve ambiguous problems with full ownership, translating vague projects into clear goals, and breaking down large initiatives into structured sub-projects and execution plans.
- Initiate cross-functional projects and processes, make decisive prioritization calls, and drive alignment and leadership across partner teams.
- Represent projects effectively across business, product, and technical perspectives.
