Analytical Lead, Marketing

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience with data analytics, return on investment/financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
  • Experience in a client-facing role navigating customer organizations.
  • Experience in consulting, analytics, measurement, or data science.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced professional degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, data science, or finance).
  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

As one of the masterminds behind our strategic planning, forecasting and analysis, you’ll spend your time digging into big, complex data sets. The data will not remain inert in your hands, however, since you’ll use your critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills to influence and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision making with our most senior business leaders within the organization, and potentially some of our biggest clients.

As an Analytical Lead for Spanish-Speaking LATAM (SPLA), you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Argentina’s top advertisers, driving measurement and experimentation strategies to unlock scalable growth. You will operate at the intersection of media, technology, and data science, and become the primary Google owner of clients' measurement maturity. You will build strong relationships with senior marketing, analytics, and strategy leaders, turning complex datasets into clear stories that guide decisions and spark real change.

Your deep background in marketing analytics lets you prove media value through incrementality, Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution, and cutting-edge AI insights. You will help clients modernize their data setups by integrating first-party data and applying privacy-first practices. As a natural problem solver comfortable with ambiguity, you will partner closely with Google's sales and product teams to ensure media investments achieve genuine success across Argentina.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Prove the value of Google media via the triangulation of incrementality experiments, Marketing Mix Models (MMM), and attribution.
  • Use data science and statistical modeling techniques to solve challenges, uncover opportunities, and develop solutions for client business.
  • Develop and own comprehensive joint measurement plans that leverage advanced AI, marketing technology, and experimentation to drive tangible business growth.
  • Influence key decision-makers by telling stories with data, and foster client relationships across marketing, analytics, finance, and corporate strategy.
  • Partner with internal and external product, research, data, and measurement teams to bring full analytical capabilities to customers.
