Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • Experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • Experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) functions.
  • Experience in people management, including developing teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of the search, digital advertising, and broader digital media ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of product commercialization, global sales workflows, and defining global Key Performance Indicator (KPIs).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and foster an organizational culture focused on continuous development and skill-building.
  • Demonstrated ability to activate initiatives at a global scale, set clear business goals, and measure bottom-line impact for both the business and clients.
  • Proven capability to influence executive leadership, deliver data-driven strategic storytelling, and balance consumer experience with advertiser value.
  • Track record of delivering high-impact, global programs on tight timelines within a large corporate environment.

As a part of the Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) a global team, you will serve as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Global Business Organization (GBO).

As the leader of “Future of Search Center of Excellence” team, you are responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate Search business growth, and commercializing the next-generation of Consumer and Ads products (from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements, ensuring teams are equipped to navigate the Search evolution, drive customer trust and success, and thought leadership at scale). Your team will play an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing GBOers business skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $186000 - $269000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Center of Excellence for search commercialization, ensuring a cohesive go-to-market strategy across core products, ad solutions, and the broader digital ecosystem to support sales performance.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Product Management, Client Success, Product Solutions, Marketing, and Ads Leadership to align on global go-to-market initiatives and commercial priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product leads on early-stage product launches, evaluate business implications, and build cohesive go-to-market plans for enterprise advertisers and partners.
  • Develop and lead senior product leads scaling core commercial pillars, including executive advocacy, AI search narratives, and next-gen ad launches.
  • Oversee global upskilling and training initiatives for sales representatives and leadership, leading change management to support long-term product adoption and commercial growth.
