Businesses of all shapes and sizes rely on Google’s unparalleled advertising solutions to help them grow in today's dynamic marketing environment. You bring a passion for sales, knowledge of online media, and commitment to maximize customer success. You act like an owner, move with velocity through change, finding innovative and strategic ways to consistently deliver extraordinary and incremental outcomes for both Google and your customers. You build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals. You achieve as a team with sellers, shape the future of advertising in the AI-era, and make a real impact on the millions of companies and billions of users that trust Google with their most important goals.

Our team acts as consultants for brand-centric CPG clients in the Beauty, Home and Personal Care space. We advise on all aspects of business strategy, spanning data and technology, creative strategy, and media planning, buying, and measurement.

In this role, you will partner directly with a group of executive regional C-level clients to develop Joint Business Plans, understand and influence the region's business trajectory, and build key marketing initiatives that extend well beyond media. A critical component of this position involves ensuring that these localized, regional EMEA efforts seamlessly ladder up to and amplify the client's overarching global strategy. To execute this goal and drive both short- and long-term impact, you will collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams at Google.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Steer the EMEA partnerships for two premier CPG clients, acting as a trusted C-suite advisor. You will navigate global governance structures to ensure that localized, regional strategies seamlessly ladder up to—and accelerate—the client’s overarching global objectives.
  • Localize and execute robust Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and global incentive programs. By aligning Google’s expansive product suite with both regional nuances and global ambitions, you will uncover new business streams and drive measurable digital transformation.
  • Serve as the ultimate client within Google’s ecosystem. Proactively unite global, regional, and local teams to curate cohesive, high-impact solutions that transcend traditional media.
  • Act as an industry thought leader who anticipates market shifts within the CPG space. Grow in a dynamic environment, gracefully pivoting across evolving product areas, regions, and business units to meet complex client demands and scale best practices worldwide.
