The team collaborates with cross-functional teams across multiple sites, including US, Shanghai, and London. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the overall quality and user experience of Google Pixel and related devices.

The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s software and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build the next generation of the automated agentic testing framework. You will create scalable to support our mobile application development across a wide range of devices.
  • Amplify product impact and testing velocity by building out the next generation of first-party emulators to simulate intricate, real-world user journeys and various device environments in authentic usage conditions that traditional automation might miss.
  • Serve as a key resource for engineering teams, providing the tools and insights needed to ensure the mobile applications deliver an exceptional user experience.
  • Take full ownership of critical infrastructure components, collaborating across cross-functional teams to embed automated quality checks throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
