Regional Program Manager, EDU Scaled Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
  • Experience managing technology inside sales or customer success vendor programs.
  • Experience with pipeline forensics and enterprise CRM database hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, Vector, or similar systems).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience promoting cloud computing technologies to organizations across geographies and functions.
  • Experience selling cloud software subscriptions (SaaS) or hardware infrastructure models within the K-12 or Higher Education sectors.
  • Intimate familiarity with multi-channel fulfillment models involving external resellers, direct rep-assisted buy flows, and online checkout configurations.
  • Demonstrated organizational agility with the ability to manage complex, shifting compliance regulations across multiple geographic regions or language pods.
  • Ability to understand and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.

About the job

As a Regional Program Manager for Education (EDU) Scaled Sales, you are responsible for leading the strategic design, end-to-end execution, and performance management of Google Workspace for Education, Gemini for Education and Chrome sales development programs within their assigned region. This role serves as the central orchestration point between internal cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Strategy and Operations, Regional Sales and Channel Leadership) and third-party vendor teams (Sales Development, Inside Sales and Customer Success). The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in programmatic sales, vendor operations management, pipeline tracking, and technical sales tools enablement to sustainably scale business development and secure robust subscription renewal rates across the education market segment.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt regional sales strategies for education markets and feed local needs back into central program design.
  • Optimize workflows to boost conversion rates and break down overall KPIs into actionable targets for vendors.
  • Own end-to-end program delivery via Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs)/Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), analyze CRM data, and hold vendors accountable to targets.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, shadow calls, perform QA audits, and ensure proper access to all sales tools.
  • Manage headcount planning and attrition to maintain operations while enforcing policy compliance.
