Senior Analytical Lead, Agency, Platforms, and Client Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with online advertising (Search, Display, Video/CTV), offline advertising (TV, in person, etc.) website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), or brand analysis techniques.
  • Experience with performance marketing experiments, return on investment/financial modeling, and statistical analyses.
  • Experience working closely with key stakeholders, advising on marketing/business performance, and influencing decisions together with insights and measurement.
  • Familiarity with brand and performance marketing and measurement solutions (e.g., MMM, Experiments, MTA, incrementality, etc).
  • Ability to analyze datasets, identify actionable insights, and communicate findings via presentations or dashboards.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Agency, Platforms, and Client Solutions (APCS) have an ambition to accelerate the next wave of growth by translating the magic of Google at scale. The Agency Team partners closely with many of the key advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We advise agencies on Google’s broad range of products to help them connect clients seamlessly with audiences and empower them to lead AI growth and digital transformation.


As a Senior Analytical Lead, you are a trusted advisor to the key customers and agencies, using data-driven insights to solve clients'growth issues and achieve their business goals. You serve as the Google owner of clients’ marketing measurement plans and a key partner to Google's ad sales teams, who work to bring the best of Google's advertising solutions to their customers.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how
Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $124000 - $180000 (USD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex ecosystem of client relationships across agencies, brands, and internal functions to drive adoption of Google’s measurement objectives.
  • Partner with Google Sales teams to manage strategic relationships with clients through measurement and ‘learning agendas’ that improve business outcomes.
  • Design and execute in-depth custom analyses and ad-effectiveness studies to quantify the impact of marketing strategies across platforms and media.
  • Collaborate with Product and Research and Development teams to identify features for the next generation of Google's measurement tools, and educate the wider industry on Google’s measurement strategy.
  • Distill complex technical findings into actionable insights for audiences ranging from Data Scientists to C-suite executives.
