Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of full-stack development, primarily focused on the front-end.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- 2 years of experience using Generative AI.
- Experience working on Business Intelligence and Conversational Experiences.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to a team of skilled engineers, encouraging innovation and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Establish and maintain connections with the partner leadership team, serving as the primary contact for team deliverables. Partner closely with stakeholders to align priorities, gather requirements, and meet business objectives.
- Uphold Google's standards by focusing on reliability, security, and operational efficiency within large-scale distributed systems.
- Cultivate an environment that values unique perspectives and empowers every team member to contribute authentically.
