Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, specialized fields (e.g., Textile/Chemical Engineering) aligning with advanced wearable manufacturing, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in combined EPM and EPS in wearables, including bridging upstream engineering strategy (e.g., driving cross-functional design trade-offs and schedules with technical judgments) with downstream factory execution (e.g., managing BOMs, CTB material readiness, critical allocations, and JDM builds).
- 3 years of experience in full-lifecycle NPI programs for smart watches and mix accessory bands, driving Proto/EVT/DVT/PVT phase-gate transitions, sub-assembly integrations, and mass production.
Preferred qualifications:
- Deep technical proficiency in textiles, silicone, and metals, driving strict cosmetic validation, exact color matching across substrates, and yield optimization.
- Ability to lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive them to completion.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time internationally.

Responsibilities
- Manage development health and home hardware products and drive the overall execution and strategy of the team.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet schedule, system build milestones, cost, quality and manufacturability.
- Drive product development processes and phase gate reviews with the cross-functional teams.
- Lead resolution on key technical issues and communication of project status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Interface between joint development partners and cross-functional Engineering and Operation teams.
