As a Creative in Marketing, you bring visual, design, written and experiential acumen to Google products and services, presented across all major media, content, channels, and experiences. You have the ability to perform your role in a flexible, ever-changing environment and must be open to new influences and inspiration. You will work with a deeply cross-functional team and inspire a team of vendor partners by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple concepts supporting all forms of major media. You will be equally comfortable making; rolling up your sleeves and designing, mocking, writing, or prototyping; showing, not telling. Above all, you will inspire and lead by example by making the most of every opportunity to develop breakthrough creative, consistent with the Google Marketing brand, and be able to take and provide clear direction and creative feedback that pushes work forward.

In this role, you will lead a new era of social marketing for Google APAC. You will work across a wide range of Google products and services in the APAC region both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B). By leveraging your social native cultural intuition, data-backed strategic insights and your savviness of prototyping with Google AI tools, you will define, build and charter a new ways of social intelligence engine across markets and product areas to accelerate Google APAC to move at the speed of culture with relevance, impact and scale.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Responsibilities

  • Define, establish and roll out an AI-forward goal and a scalable blueprint of social intelligence engine in APAC incorporating real-time first-party and third-party social data to enable social native marketing with speed and precision.
  • Bridge large-scale data engineering with foundation model orchestration to deliver reliable, enterprise-grade AI applications and agentic workflows that standardize and unify social listening practices across all APAC markets in close alignment with Global and Local Brand Social teams.
  • Drive scaled implementation in action, enabling and supporting marketers to translate complex social listening data analytics to strategic recommendations that can result in measurable business impact. Lead key APAC social insights reporting for critical products and market campaign moments.
  • Build the foundation by setting up, maintaining and developing social listening databases across key markets and products for establishing relevant baselines. Identify and onboard credible agency partners to drive action.
