Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, category management, growth strategy, or analytics, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience in a strategy and operations, or consulting role.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently on project deliverables in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while working well in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent executive level communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional groups and executive leadership.

About the job

The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. Within the broader team goal, the Incentives Strategy and Analytics team is responsible for designing and operationalizing the core product activation system for YouTube's frontline strategic partner managers.

As Product Activation Incentives Program Manager, you will lead global strategic initiatives to drive growth and manage the Biz Objectives and Key Result (OKR) metrics program by coordinating across product activation and technology teams. You will design incentives and workflows, including AI-driven evolutions, to empower frontline partnerships teams with the training and analytics needed to deliver against key objectives.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Biz OKR metrics program, managing timelines, objectives, and delivery of key workstreams with Points of Contacts (PoCs) in product activation, segment GTM, and technology and insights.
  • Lead ad hoc strategy projects related to Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) productivity, incentives, and workflows, including how these will evolve with AI.
  • Oversee metric design and target setting and lead OKR grading to incentivize strong delivery by partnerships teams.
  • Ensure frontline teams are empowered to activate products with training, dashboards, etc.
  • Create structured, polished presentations for partnerships and GTM leadership.
