As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and optimization of research panels by designing automated screeners and selection processes that improve velocity while maintaining high data reliability.
  • Define and oversee health policies for the participant pool, managing the entire lifecycle from opt-in to opt-out to ensure a trusted, highly engaged population.
  • Monitor and report on panel performance metrics to inform leadership decisions, evaluate program strategies, and track the impact of recruitment efforts.
  • Manage third-party bring your own participant platforms and external vendors, ensuring compliant operations and quality control for specialized or sensitive recruitment groups.
  • Act as the primary lead for UX researchers to balance priorities, communicate program shifts, and ensure the seamless adoption of new panel processes across the organization.
