Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience in the consumer electronics, auto, OEMs, telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Ability to communicate in Vietnamese and English fluently in order to communicate with Vietnam-based clients and partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- Project management experience focused on scaled engagement and efficiency improvement.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience with online advertising or ad monetization solutions (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdMob) and knowledge of programmatic advertising space.
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving and influencing skills and ability to deliver results.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of samestore, fast growing app partners across multiple verticals and optimize their growth.
- Build trusted relationships with partners, develop an understanding of their business challenges and opportunities for revenue growth. Provide onboarding and troubleshooting support to external partners and gather useful insights to inform product strategy.
- Develop and implement scaled strategies that address growth opportunities in a suite of apps products (AdMob and Ad Manager). Design, build and launch new app-centric vertical narratives in the SEA market.
- Collaborate across functions effectively to bring new products and strategic initiatives to market. Recognize market needs and provide regular feedback to inform and influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
- Build industry thought leadership by regularly soliciting perspectives and insights from internal stakeholders across a wide spectrum of teams, such as product, engineering, GTM and marketing.
