You have the ability to perform your role in a flexible, ever-changing environment and must be open to new influences and inspiration. You will work with a deeply cross-functional team and inspire a team of vendor partners by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple concepts supporting all forms of major media. The EMEA Integrated Ads Marketing team connects Google and YouTube’s advertising solutions with the region's largest brands and agencies. We exist to drive commercial growth and shift market perception through business-to-business (B2B) marketing. From launching pan-regional digital campaigns to hosting major industry events, our team blends creative bravery with data-driven to build lasting customer partnerships. We pride ourselves on an open, agile culture where we leverage the latest AI tools and audience insights to deliver campaigns that truly move the market.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional content strategy and channel architecture across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels, owning the EMEA communications plan to design cohesive, full-funnel customer journeys.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and GTM teams to adapt global narratives and positioning, leading EMEA campaign activation to make our B2B campaigns talkable, unmissable.
  • Drive modern, AI-powered creative workflows across the marketing organisation by advocating an AI-native "maker culture" that uses AI tools to rapidly prototype concepts, test bold ideas in market, and elevate the team's creative ambition.
  • Set and influence standardised measurement frameworks across all B2B touchpoints by defining clear input and outcome metrics, driving commercial performance by evaluating full-funnel impact—from Share of Voice and Lead Generation to commercial Pipeline.
  • Guide and mentor marketing managers and PMMs across the EMEA organisation, coaching marketing talent to build team capabilities.
