Program Manager, DCOps Spares Readiness

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience working with inventory management, spare parts planning, warehousing, or logistics processes within data center, critical infrastructure, or technology operational environments.
  • Experience analyzing operational metrics (KPIs/SLAs) and working with enterprise inventory or asset management tools (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or ERP systems) to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Experience with data center hardware components, critical facility infrastructure (e.g., electrical and mechanical equipment), or server/network hardware spare parts life-cycles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certifications in program management, supply chain, or process improvement (e.g., PMP, APICS/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt).
  • Understanding of supply chain planning, vendor management, lead time optimization, or reverse logistics (RMA processes) in a global operational setting.

Belgium: €98000 - €100000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Author comprehensive program charters and create detailed project plans that define scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies for advanced programs.
  • Determine program phasing and key metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize resource stewardship throughout the program life-cycle.
  • Establish program governance by defining data collection methods, maintaining project trackers, and leading project team meetings to drive progress.
  • Execute program tasks by proactively managing dependencies, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with core product values.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including impact analysis and progress monitoring, to support program stakeholders need.
