Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of media tactics and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of performance and branding conversations (digital advertising).
  • Ability to build a solid Joint Business Plan (JBP).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership, influencing, organizational, communication and teamwork skills.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible to manage a portfolio of clients relationships, representing Google to those customers. Your main goal is to help them achieve their business objectives, managing the relationship, guarantee deliveries and building strategic plans that will foster those clients digital transformation. You will manage different areas to deliver those objectives and lead the strategies that will take this advertiser to another level, always keeping up with new trends and preparing them for the future.

In this role, you will support the telecom industry, being a relevant player in their enrollments and business generation, developing acquisition strategies, improving the knowledge about their users and help them monetize their customer base through cross-sell and upsell approaches.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client business objectives and be able to create efficient strategies to achieve those objectives.
  • Build strong relationship with main stakeholders, mainly C-levels.
  • Work collaboratively with both local and global teams to support new and existing customers, projects, and regional performance goals.
  • Provoke clients to achieve next level of their digital transformation and help them to get there.
  • Present marketing solutions and create relevant ad strategies that maximize their returns.
