Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Ukranian or Russian fluently to support clients in the markets.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with clients and building relationships with executive- level stakeholders.
  • Developed understanding of the app marketers and App ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Proactive, organized and responsible, with a proven ability to work well in a team.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions.
  • Fast learner with high self motivation and team spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue app and web opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections and evaluate campaign effectiveness, consulting with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing goals and utilizing Google’s marketing solutions suite, specifically app advertising.
  • Provide outstanding service to clients and design app marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.
  • Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app install advertisement products, working and collaboratinng with a varied set of mobile-focused cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales organisation as well as cross-functional teams such as GTM, AdMob, Play and gTech.
