About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will support the President EMEA for Google Cloud. You will work within a team with high visibility at Google. You will engage with many different stakeholders in Cloud, across Google and externally. You will lead the external engagement strategy and day-to-day execution of the President and more broadly Google Cloud executives engaging with Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) external counterparties (customers, partners, governments etc.).

Every day on the job will be different. You will have significant exposure to the business at an executive level, providing opportunities to interact with and understand the priorities of the organization.

Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute external engagement strategy for the EMEA President with customers, partners and government and public policy executives.
  • Shape briefings and trips for the President for external engagements.
  • Work closely with account teams to shape the President's engagement and leverage a network of specialists and experts.
  • Coach account teams to make the best use of the EMEA President and other executive leaders at Google and engage them at the right time.
  • Liaise with the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Google Cloud to review customer meeting requests, shape engagement strategy and build out briefs.
