Account Executive, Consumer Packaged Goods (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and implementing innovative, solution-based selling strategies that address client needs and drive transformational change.
  • Knowledge of the evolving CPG media landscape (traditional and digital), its dynamics, and the ability to work effectively with emerging products and technologies.
  • Understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and the application of Google AI/Machine Learning solutions within the CPG sector.
  • Ability to successfully manage and grow a portfolio by leveraging resources and driving significant business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate deep, long-term C-level relationships, positioning Google as an essential ally, especially in adverse conditions.
  • Lead with a consultant mindset to anticipate needs, leveraging Google's full suite of AI solutions (Video, Display, Search, Mobile, DV360, etc.) to optimize advertising investments and deliver unparalleled efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans that drive critical client objectives, balancing immediate wins with sustained growth.
  • Drive internal and external thought leadership on CPG's future, operational discipline, and Google AI by orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver holistic digital strategies, setting the goal for how clients effectively reach and engage millions of users.
