You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Sustaining Technical Manager, you'll be the Operations technical lead and cornerstone of operations communication with technical cross-functional teams during ramp to end of life. You will lead a team of professionals to ensure products are built to Google’s high standards during ramp and in mass production.
