About the job

As a Strategic Partner Onboarding and Incubation Specialist, you will be the foundational growth engine for Google’s next generation of sellside partners across Greater China (GRCN). You will take ownership of high-potential app developers, gaming studios, web publishers, and emerging content platforms during their most pivotal phase—their initial 6-month onboarding and incubation window.

This is not a traditional support role. You will combine flawless, detail-obsessed operational execution (account verification, policy compliance, SDK/tag setup, payment plumbing) with sharp commercial instincts to graduate emerging accounts into scaled, long-term strategic powerhouses.

Critically, we are building an AI-native incubation engine: you will actively use cutting-edge LLMs, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering to automate repetitive operational tasks, craft smarter troubleshooting tools, and your personal efficiency. Outstanding performers in this role will have a direct career runway into Tier-1 Strategic Partner Management.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Guide high-growth sellside partners across mobile, web, and new media through their critical initial lifecycle by setting growth milestones and optimizing ad placements.
  • Flawlessly execute end-to-end technical setups—including account creation, SDK integration, and policy audits—ensuing a seamless partner onboarding experience.
  • Leverage generative AI and custom workflows to automate routine tasks, diagnose errors, and significantly boost team operational bandwidth.
  • Act as a trusted business generation advisor to optimize partner unit economics and collaborate with advertiser teams for cross-funnel growth opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and channel partner feedback to product and gTech teams to proactively advocate for Greater China developers.
