About the job

Join the SPLA Strategic Insights and Enablement team to lead client and partner enablement and education strategies across Spanish-Speaking Latin America (SPLA).

By orchestrating high-quality, experience-driven programs, you will help our top clients and partners secure flawless execution, unlock strategic conversations, and position Google as a premier business, performance, and marketing strategy partner in the ecosystem. You will oversee the regional agenda across five distinct markets (including Argentina, Chile, Peru, Mexico, and Colombia), driving consistency, scale, and operational excellence.

As the Strategic Enablement Lead, you will drive the end-to-end strategy, centralization, and execution of comprehensive education and sales enablement programs across the region. Addressing critical sales enablement needs from product implementation to the C-suite engagement, you will consolidate fragmented training efforts into a single, scalable, and highly differentiated portfolio.

This high-visibility, regional position demands a blend of operational excellence and strategic leadership. You will orchestrate a unified commercial agenda by alignment with cross-functional education parties (including PSD, APA, Agency Performance, and Marketing) and partnering with international teams to embed global best practices locally. Acting as a key partner to Sales Leaders and Country Managers, you will directly tie program rollouts, local industry activations, and client experiences to regional business bets and product adoption opportunities. Ultimately, you will manage pipeline metrics and centralize performance tracking to ensure every engagement drives data-backed business growth and strengthens positioning within the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Design, centralize, and execute enablement and education program offerings for A,B and C levels.
  • Oversee and coordinate the execution of the new enablement structure, Roles and Responsibilities (R&Rs) across all core education parties, including PSD, APA, Agency Performance, and Marketing.
  • Partner closely with global Alliance and international ExecX teams (Brazil, Canada, and the US) to import global best practices and bring "Google Magic" to Large Customer Sales (LCS) engagements.
  • Align the regional enablement calendar, program rollouts, and lead lists directly with regional business bets, growth levers, and product adoption opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders (SLs) and Country Managers (CMs) to map specific industry opportunities and country plans, and ensure local structural alignment.
