Global Product Solutions Senior Associate, Lead Generation

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Lead Generation advertisers or new/emerging businesses.
  • Experience with Google's suite of advertising products especially Lead Generation solutions, as well as traditional and digital marketing tactics and strategy.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multi-dimensional, international projects.
  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
  • Ability to influence cross-functional counterparts and thrive in complex work groups without official authority.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are investigative and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Search+ serves as the strategy and product commercialization partner for Google’s core performance-driven business, including standard Search, Apps, and Verticals like Travel and Retail. The team delivers global growth by translating market feedback into product priorities and orchestrating the GTM strategy for AI-driven innovations like Performance Max. The mission for Search+ is to represent the advertiser and the market in product development, and to bring clear, packaged solutions to market that empower sellers and allow our advertisers to get the most out of our products. Within Search+, the Lead Gen team builds the products and go-to-market strategy to ensure that Google's advertising products serve the unique use cases of the Lead Gen segment.

As a Global Product Solutions Lead for Lead Generation, you’ll inspire adoption of key Google Ads solutions, partnering closely with technical Product Managers and global Sales teams to shape product development. You’ll collaborate with regional go-to-market teams to identify product gaps, land our GTM strategy, and scale product adoption globally. Ultimately, you will be a thought leader in landing our go-to-market strategy and scaling product adoption globally.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $124000 - $178000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Gather and prioritize Sales feedback, work closely with Product Management teams across Lead Generation to develop holistic narrative, understand engaged landscape, and shape holistic roadmap.
  • Collaborate with regional go-to-market partners to identify needs of our customers and sales teams globally.
  • Communicate and commercialize launches and changes to global account teams.
  • Plan and execute, global launch strategy and commercialization efforts.
  • Drive business growth and customer enablement through sales documentation, effective market narratives, sales training, and go-to-market communications.
