Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
  • Experience in strategy consulting, marketing analytics, financial modeling, or statistical analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience providing product and domain expertise and lead end-to-end responsibilities for product area related client projects for one or multiple customers to increase product adoption.
  • Ability to develop and drive business plans for pods or product areas, supporting business planning and identify areas to support the Director overall strategy.
  • Ability to identify client’s key issues to define customer and product strategy, enabling longer-term opportunities.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of specialists, developing the teams’ product knowledge to grow Google’s product adoption.
  • Ability to drive product thought leadership for Google, sharing expertise with peers and customers.

About the job

Product, Solutions and Data (PSD) is at the forefront of setting the strategy for SPLA’s Product execution to help drive improved Customer Outcomes and increased Statement of Work (SOW) for Google. We are a collaborative team who deliver at-scale, customer focused priorities, transfer product knowledge to our Google sellers, and influence product design. By liaising with our partner teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Sales Finance, Education), the PSD team works to equip LCS Sales with the information, training, collateral, and opportunities needed for future growth and to ensure that our customers needs are addressed and expressed to client/product teams.

The Head of Data, Measurement and Analytics AR manages a team of Analytical Leads (ALs) who work with companies in Argentina to help them grow their business with Google advertising solutions. The Head of DM&A leads a team of individuals who specialize in Measurement solutions and statistical analysis to prove the incremental value of Advertisers' investment. The own the localization and execution of the sub region’s Data, Measurement and Analytics strategy to drive business outcomes, grow Google revenue, and advance client’s data, tech and measurement maturity. In this role, you will serve as the leader of these measurement and analytics experts, helping customers integrate measurement and analytics in their strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business growth opportunities within the market and for customers and work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive the business growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency, and the incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.
  • Partner with business leadership to address industry issues, identify emerging trends, and continuously evolve regional strategy.
  • Prove and optimize media investments by delivering advanced analytics, experimentation, and business insights to maximize client and Google growth.
  • Build, mentor, and sustain a high-performing team of Analytical Leads (ALs) to drive business impact and regional growth across Argentina.
  • Localize the Digital Measurement and Analytics (DM&A) strategy, driving the adoption of Google and third-party measurement solutions across the Argentina Large Customer Sales (LCS) portfolio.
