About the job

The Data, Measurement and Analytics team (DM&A) within Fashion, Consumer Goods, Entertainment and Mobility Sector accelerates growth for Google's largest customers in Brazil by harnessing the power of data, technology, and advanced measurement techniques. We partner with LCS Sellers to drive customer value, influence product direction, and redefine industry standards. Through data-driven insights and innovative solutions, we empower our clients to achieve exceptional business outcomes and stay ahead in today's dynamic market.

In this role, you will act as the strategic, hybrid generalist bridging data architecture and statistical modeling. You will understand a client's business model, mapping and connecting the critical data points required to power Google's optimization solutions. Leveraging this foundation, you implement statistical causal models to prove the true Return on Investment (ROI) of Google Ads. While you will possess the technical capability to implement foundational solutions and run statistical models separately, you also orchestrate deep technical specialists and AI tools for highly complex technical needs, ensuring seamless, end-to-end value delivery for our clients.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

 • Analyze clients' business models to identify critical data points, designing and implementing foundational data integrations that enhance Google's optimization capabilities.
 • Design and execute statistical models and incrementality experiments to demonstrate the causal relationship between Google Ads investments and client business value.
 • Maintain a holistic view of the client's data maturity, executing core technical and investigative tasks while orchestrating deep technical specialists and AI solutions for complex challenges.
 • Translate data architecture setups and statistical causal proofs into compelling, C-level narratives that justify and expand marketing investments.
