Program Manager, Supply Chain

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management, Supply Demand planning and Order Fulfillment Operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with engaging priorities, and work separately to drive projects to completion with attention to detail and minimal guidance.
  • Excellent organizational and program management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, modeling, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €116000 - €119000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Oversee order management and drive on-time material delivery against Cloud’s forecasted capacity at Google’s network locations. 
  • Develop current and next-quarter delivery plans to meet forecasts and deployment schedules.
  • Lead Open Order Book operational reviews with stakeholders and partner teams. Ensure last-mile delivery isn't on the critical path for network capacity. Meet operational metrics, maintain visibility, and identify and resolve root causes.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders, and vendors to drive daily operational workflows with bias for action.
  • Identify and implement project based improvements for the larger group by exercising advanced domain knowledge to drive the organization’s long-term objectives.
