Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of product management experience for a technology-driven company, including experience driving zero-to-one product capabilities and founding or incubating technical initiatives.
- 15 years of experience in product management, providing product outlook and roadmaps, and directing product launches.
- 15 years of experience in global, technical organizations with multiple product lines. Demonstrated success aligning organizations across multiple product lines and successfully influencing the overall direction of a product or company.
- Experience in software development tooling.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with stakeholders to achieve consensus through principled methodologies and tangible outcomes.
- Mature leader; experience leading cross-functional teams at scale.
- Expertise in applied AI within an enterprise context.
- Technical depth and acumen, with the ability to dive deep with individual contributors, teams, and other stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to represent and advocate for complex business or technical concepts with senior leadership.

As part of Core, you will have a unique mandate and opportunity to influence important technical decisions across Alphabet, with AI increasingly at the center of how we think and operate.
In this role, you will lead the Product Management team for DevAI, focused on leveraging the capabilities of Gemini and Cloud AI to power internal Google AI-driven operational transformation. You will partner closely with senior leaders from GDM, Cloud, and CoreML to drive significant Google-scale outcomes in velocity, cost savings, Googler CSAT, and risk reduction.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $336000 - $468000 (USD) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Develop a product outlook and roadmap for our AI products for the Product Development Lifecycle and self maintaining code across Google.
- Collect feedback, understand use cases, and rapidly test and iterate. Use data to influence the product development of AI products across the company. Own the narrative of how Google uses AI for productivity, efficiency, and excellence.
- Lead outbound coordination efforts across product areas by building relationships, partnering, and influencing product area leads and their teams across Google.
- Inspire innovation that results in product transformation, drives improvements, and addresses gaps and opportunities across product experiences.
