Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in strategy/product operations or project management.
  • Track record of working with product, technical, and sales teams to support new initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) ecosystem, including DV360 and CM360.
  • Familiarity with the global media landscape, specifically within Connected TV (CTV), Live Sports, and emerging digital video formats.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to effectively influence internally within Google and externally as an advocate for Google with all levels of management at our partners.

As a Streaming Partnerships Specialist, you will be a key strategy and sales lead in executing how we onboard, curate, and scale inventory within the Google Marketing Platform.

In this role, you are both a diligent partner manager and an enabler of growth. You are responsible for managing productive relationships with leading publishers while simultaneously executing the workflows—the frameworks, blueprints, and activation strategies that enable these partners and sales teams to scale programmatically.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive the connection between product teams, publishers, and agencies/marketers to drive successful marketing outcomes.
  • Maintain and grow key relationships with publishers across the streaming and digital landscape.
  • Execute the foundational momentum and go-to-market strategies for emerging formats and markets.
  • Apply and scale existing frameworks designed to improve campaign testing velocity and advertiser success.
  • Coordinate strategic inventory bundles and tentpole alignments to improve yield and advertiser appeal.
