Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions, with a focus in video advertising (AI-powered performance and Video, CTV).
  • Understanding of the performer landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Ability to promote/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.

In this role, you will support a portfolio that includes one of the world's largest online travel agencies as well as travel insurance companies.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible to guide the industry/vertical to contribute to business growth. You will pursue the achievement of industry-leading success cases with our clients and colleagues. You will lead and be the key decision-maker of your team's account plan, work alongside Account Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to improve the client's business results with Google and gain share of wallet within the portfolio. You will also act as the main stakeholder to build support teams for the clients, design lead and execute joint business plans, ensure a data-driven strategic and tactical approach to customers, partner teams, and leadership based on analyses and use your sales skills to influence client stakeholders and drive change.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a book of Telco/Media/CPG clients while developing strong relationships with clients to drive industry thought leadership and scaling best practices.
  • Analyze data trends and client performance, develop strategic business plans, and prepare/conduct strategic presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive-level clients, industry-specific direct advertisers and relevant agency contacts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business needs of advertisers and provide insights into relevant consumer behavior.
  • Develop understanding of the industries and solve for our client’s business impact uniquely leveraging internal cross-functional teams.
